DIRTY DASH 2011!

Midway Dirty Dash
This was the funnest run I have done so far!
A 10K muddy obstacle course.
It was so awesome we have all decided to make it an annual tradition!

I "fell" after Cameron pushed Sam and we ended up in a mud pool.

 We all jumped in together at the end. Cameron not only dived in head first,
he body slammed Sam into the muddy pool :)

Mindy,
You are an amazing woman, mother and a friend. Thank you for allowed me to be part of your life and many runs together. Your children are lucky to have you as their mother. I had a blast and so much fun with all the runs and workouts together this year.

You are who you are Mindy. People need to get over their envies about your talents, skills, determinations and passions to yourself, family and friends.
